Probleme mit Diamex ALL-AVR ISP-Programmer

Hallo Community,

ich habe mit einen Diamex ALL-AVR ISP-Programmer gekauft und habe nun 
Probleme damit meinen ATmega1281 zu programmieren. Der Diamex ALL-AVR 
ISP-Programmer wurde unter Windows als AVRISP mkII erkannt (im 
Gerätemanager Jungo > AVRISP mkII) und verursacht laut Windows keine 
Probleme. Die orangene LED am Diamex ALL-AVR ISP-Programmer leuchtet, 
wie im Datenblatt beschrieben. Wenn ich nun mit dem AVR Studio (Version 
4.19) als Programmiergerät den AVRISP mkII wähle, kann sich AVR Studio 
auch mit dem Programmer verbinden. Wenn ich dann aber versuche den 
Mikrocontroller im ISP-Modus über den 10-poligen Anschluss zu flashen 
oder die Fuses auszulesen, bekomme ich die Fehlermeldung:

Quick Tips: Verify that the device is placed in the correct socket, and that the ISP
cable is properly connected. Check that the ISP programming frequency specified on the
'Main' page is well below 1/4 of the clock frequency of the device. Extra precaution
should be made when using the CKDIV fuse and/or Clock Prescaler Register (CLKPR) on
parts supporting this.

Gemäß dem Tipp habe ich die ISP-Frequenz geprüft und die ist auf 125kHz 
eingestellt, was bei einem 8MHz Controller ja ausreichen sollte. Ich 
habe die Zielhardware vorher mit einem geliehenem AVR Dragon im 
ISP-Modus über den 10-poligen Anschluss ohne Probleme programmiert, d.h. 
meine Zielhardware funktioniert und kann auch über ISP programmiert 
werden. Woran könnte es liegen, dass es jetzt mit dem Diamex ALL-AVR 
ISP-Programmer nicht finktioniert? Vielen Dank schon mal.
