HP8593A spectrum analyzer firmware / ROMs

Hi,

I am looking for ROM binaries (512k) for 8593A SA. I have a dead U23 ROM 
...
Anyone ?

Looks like the 8593A has 1MBit EPROMs?

There were at least two versions of the processor board an old version 
with 512k ROMs and a newer version with 1M ROMs. My board has 512k ROMs 
installed but it seems that it also could support 1M ROMs (there are 
holes for bigger ROM package). Unfortunately memory logic is programmed 
into a PAL chip which is different for the 1M version and 512k version 
and I also do not have the "firmware" for the PAL chip....

Still looking for 8593A 512k firmware ROMs dump and alternatively for a 
PAL dump which allows to install 1M ROMs ...

8590-80094 is for 64k EPROMs. Machines with 128k EPROMs need 
08590-80159. A GAL/PAL/PALCE/ATF 22V10 with 25 ns or faster is required.
