The encapsulated CR2032 cannot be charged. The main battery is only
charged with original Dell power supply, which contains a one-wire ID
chip. Check in diagnostics which power supply type is displayed.

Thank you very much
I had taken the wrong power supply once, from this time the battery is
no longer charged

maybe the wrong psu injected power into the one wire pin of the laptop.
there should be a 1k resistor and a zener, maybe one of them is broken.

Send it to the next recycling depot. You need a new laptop.

if the laptop starts up normally but can't charge the battery, throw it
away??

I found the chip
I think it's burned out, you can't read it anymore
there is a comparable diode PESD5V0U2BT

My dell (older) has a unidirectional zener, are you sure you need a
bidirectional type?

Yes I mean that. The board is not designed for repairing and I am pretty
sure that you do neither have the required tools nor the know-how. And
it is to old for the repair service of Dell.

The burned ESD protection diode indicates that your computer was exposed
to excessive overvoltage with enough energy to destroy the parts which
the diode was not able to protect. The following damages are invisible.

If you have several hundred euros to buy the required tools and lots of
time, you might try to replace one part after the other. But I think you
will get stuck quickly because you cannot buy the required spare parts.
This diode is easy, but check the availability of the microchips. And
also check the availability of their firmware, including tools to load
the firmware.

I fear that you will waste your money and time.
