ich habe noch diverse RAM-Module, die nach Speicher-Upgrades übrig 
geblieben sind.
Alle Module wurden aus funktionsfähigen Rechner ausgebaut, das liegt 
aber teilweise 10 Jahre zurück, teilweise aber erst vor einpaar Tagen.

2x 4GB PC3-12800 DDR3-DIMM für 15 Euro
2x 4GB PC3-10600 DDR3-DIMM für 10 Euro
2x 4GB PC2-5300  DDR2-SODIMM für 10 Euro
4x 2GB PC3-8500  DDR3-SODIMM Hynix für 20 Euro
2x 2GB PC3-8500  DDR3-SODIMM Samsung für 10 Euro
2x 1GB GDDR2-667 für 5 Euro

und diese drei RAM Module gibt es kostenlos dazu:
1x 256MB PC-2700 DDR-SODIMM
1x 512MB PC2-5300 DDR2-SODIMM
1x 1GB PC2-5300 DDR2-SODIMM

Bitte seht die Preise eher als grobe Hausnummer.
Ich bin bereit zu verhandeln, vor allem wenn jemand alle nimmt.
