Prepreg Kondensator

Hat jemand schon mal einen kleinen Kondensator (bis 10pF) auf dem PCB 
über den Prepreg realisiert?

Und eine 2. Frage bez Prepreg: kann 400V AC über den Prepreg isoliert 
werden (habe 400V Netz auf einem 4L PCB und möchte den Prepreg als 
isolator nutzen. Ist dies Fachgerecht/Zulässig?

Wenn mehr als Funktionsisolation nötig ist, ist die Antwort ganz 
einfach: "keine Chance, geht nicht".

Und selbst wenn dir das reicht: im wirklichen Leben hat es schon mit 230 
Volt nicht funktioniert. Vermutlich wird der "Isolator" durch 
Spannungsspitzen geschädigt. Irgendwann wird der Leckstrom groß genug, 
dass die Stelle warm wird. Dann dauert es nicht mehr lange bis viel 
Strom fließt.

For high voltage boards special attention must be paid to the material
and its specifications. Careful design of the inner layer construction
with high resin percentage prepreg will ensure a void free press
package. Typically a printed circuit manufacturer would use 7628
prepreg, a low cost, high volume type material. It is also a low resin,
high glass content prepreg with large glass bundles.

High voltage boards require prepregs such as 1080 or 2113 that feature
small glass styles for better penetration of the resin. A larger
percentage of resin content and a thinner overall thickness will help
prevent micro bubbles and improve the density in multiple layers. Construction of this method will slightly increase the cost, but the
extra protection for high voltage overcomes this disadvantage.

To further improve the out gassing of the finished board, a long slow
bake at 260°F for 20 hours will remove any remain volatiles and drive
off any moisture. Both important to good high voltage longevity.
For boards that must operate at low atmospheric pressures, an
additional bake of 300°F for 4 to 6 hours will further decrease the
outgassing created by a vacuum.

Wobei die prepregs eigentlich zum Basismaterial passen sollen; "slightly 
increase the cost" erscheint mir sehr optimistisch.
